Privacy
Snowbridge Limited, trading as Snowbridge Markets, is responsible for personal data collected through this site. Contact us at contact@snowbridgemarkets.com.
If you write to us, we keep your name, email address and whatever you put in your message, so we can reply and manage any working relationship that follows. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for the engagement plus 6 years to meet accounting and legal obligations.
If you just visit, Fathom Analytics collects standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site. We use it in aggregate to see what people read. Fathom is cookieless, and it does not store your IP address: it uses it to work out a country and then discards it. No advertising pixel fires on this site, so there is no Google, LinkedIn, Reddit or AdRoll tag to name here.
Cookies
This site sets none. Fathom is cookieless, nothing else here writes to your device or reads from it, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to ask you to consent to. If a cookie is ever added, this paragraph, a cookie table and a banner all have to arrive with it.
Service providers
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with our clients. We use service providers who handle data on our behalf: hosting with Vercel, analytics with Fathom, and email forwarding with Namecheap. Each is contractually bound to act only on our instructions. Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, that transfer relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum alongside them. Fathom is the exception: its EU isolation keeps European visitors on European infrastructure, so for those visitors there is no transfer to rely on.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or have it sent elsewhere. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Write to contact@snowbridgemarkets.com and we will respond within one month. If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, or to the data protection authority where you live in the European Union.
